Hi Martin, for electrical fittings and accessories you can go to surya traders which is in doddatogur. Hardly 3 to 4kms from huskur gate. After researching so much i found this shop and he is authorized dealer of legrand, anchor, cona, vguard etc. Prices are reasonable. He gives 3 or 4 percent cheaper comparing to all other local shops.

Note: People who want to buy CFL lights, please go to metro cash and carry. There you get the cfl lights for 85rs and the same cfl costs 150-180 in outside market. I brought all CFL bulbs from metro

Hi,
I looked at the plan. Can you confirm that the dimensions mentioned in the floor plan are inclusive of walls or they are what you will see inside.

So the 2150 is net carper area which they charge or gross area?

Thanks Pooja.

@rajesha07 - I had given my contractor details on Surya Traders. I tried to get their number from Just Dial I got some Surya electricals (Begur Road). he was giving 60% on suitable and 40% on original Anchor boxes... However the contractor got the original one from Hosa road at 60% discount. Since its a material i have left it to the contractor to decide where he wants to buy. But while buys electrical equipments like fan, geyser etc have to do some research on this site

@pchowhan - The dimensions include the wall. 2150 is the gross area i guess.. I have made some changes so final dimensions will differ.

Martin

Has your contractor taken more money than the construction done? This could be a real possibility and is a common malpractice by contractors.

Its the other way round, I have not made payments as per the schedule.. Thankfully he is doing in his own investment. Waiting for the bank issues to be resolved to get back on track with payments as committed.
