1. Sump is to be located between two footings. What would be the ideal gap we should maintain between the sump wall exterior and the footings? -------u will need to check with the structural engineer. the sump will need to be above the footing.

I have a sanctioned plan for a G+2 residential building and work is completed till plinth level, is the commencement certificate really required? if yes how long will it take and what is the process? Do we actually get it fast
