Commencement certificate

hi,

I have a sanctioned plan for a G+2 residential building and work is completed till plinth level, is the commencement certificate really required? if yes how long will it take and what is the process? Do we actually get it fast

Dolphin18,

You can get this certificate from where you have got the sanction plan done. If you pay a fee of Rs 100/=. You should get this certificate. As the plan sanction person how has done it for you.

Commencement certificate is a eyewash for BBMP people, They have to take bribe so they are asking for all these junk stuffs. Its better to have one its just a matter of few hundreds only.
