The rate they are asking is 2900/sqft, Is this a reasonable price? If anybody has any experiences and expert opinions please chime in..

They are quoting 2900 RS in 5th stage also. However around 3000 seems to be what they are quoting generally.

Have you found anything in 5th or 6th stage? What are the rates they are quoting?
