I am looking for a 40*60 site in a gated community around south Bangalore. Happy valley is preferred, any other good community is also okay.

Hi. I'm also looking sites in like same. agents are showing me 2 adjacent in KANAKPURA ROAD, that is north facing sites, hardly 200meters from KANAKPURA ROAD. He's coating Rs.2500per sqf. PARAMOUNT GARDEN. GATAD COMMUNITY. CLOSE TO HOLIDAY VILLAGE REPORTS, and telling they PAID BETTERMENT CHARGES FOR BBMP. Is it worth in that area. If any body know about this area like any leaguel issue or former problem please inform me to on manu2009k@gmail.com.

in the list of unauthorized layouts listed by BDA in 2007 ( not updated since ) paramount gardens is included. better to check on this from BDA itself. chandramouli
