Borewell applying online

I want to dig a new Borewell but I understand that now one has to apply online . But unfortunately I am not getting that website on which a New Borewell application can be filled online

As far as i know, most of the people digging borewells haven't taken approval. Taking approval is a very complex and most of the time, it is denied, is what people say.
