I have a plot in Jnanabharathi layout, 2nd Block. Do you have the contact person or the process for Site marking.

Hi,

Do we need to go for soil testing before construction. what is the advantage of doing it. My engineer says its required if the site is filled with soil externally or site is near to any lake or water sources, is that true?
Please guide, he says it costs 10-15k.
