Arkavaty 5th block reforming by BDA engineer

Hello all,
any one knows that BDA is reforming/restructuring by layout in 5th block at servy number 58, they are shifting Nala/drainage 30 to 50 feet away and cancelling 50/80 sites.
nala/drainage came behind of my site which is located at sy#58, now they are shifting nala/drainage 40feet away from my site and forming new layout. do you have any idea what they are doing how they are doing? is anyone belongs to 5th block in this group?
