Looking for a good architect

Hi,

I am planning to construct house on a 30*40 plot (G+1+2) near Kudlu gate, Harlur road. Can someone please suggest me a good architect who can plan as per Vastu. Also, can you please help me - What will be approximate Plan approval cost (Kudlu BBMP area) and duration to get the plan approval.
