Wanted a 30x40 or 30x50 site in MCECHS/Customs/Excise layout

Hi,

I am looking for a 30x50 or 30x40 site in Phase 1 of MCECHS layout or in Customs and Central Excise layout, which is close to telecom layout, srirampura.

I am planning to purchase with a bank loan and prefer to deal with the owner directly.
