tiles or granite is best for flooring in bedroom

hi,
can someone provide me some inputs whether laying off tiles or granite for bedroom flooring is best ?

You can try wooden flooring as well. Granite/Marble's are naturally cold in nature, so many people prefer Wooden flooring.
