Fabrication rates per sqft including material.

I feel I am over charged:

Gate work : 3" X 1" (16 gauge)pipes placed vertically with spacing of 2" between every pipe . C channel welded to square placed every 10 ft .
Quoted Rs 400 per sqft.

Elevation work : Vertical pipes 3"X1"(16 gauge) placed vertically 22 feet each length , spacing of 5".
Quoted Rs 250/sft

Grill work : 8 mm ms rods , square design of 4"X4" ,
Quoted Rs 140/- sft

SS railings for stairs: Claims 304 grade ss , I don't know how to check his quality. Rs 1000 /rft

Please let me know if I am paying more
