I am planning to construct a house, which is G+3. I would like to give civil contract only for civil work. without painting, electrical and plumbing.
I want them to do only civil work. What is the rate in Bangalore.

The going rate for such type of requirement can only be achieved by Item wise rates or Bill of Quantities for e.g. Items like concrete per cubic feet Rs.200 for M20 concrete (Site mix). If you ask your architect to provide the quantities and materials required, any contractor can provide you a quote.
This type of construction can prove to be a headache for you, please consider giving the whole contract to one person.
