Hi There, can anyone guide me please. i have shortlisted a plot in Arkavathy layout Thanisandra village, it is in block # 14 behind Thanisandra petrol station. the size is 2325Hrs (Odd size corner site). Below are my few concerns requires your opinions please.
1) Is is safe to invest in Arkavathy Layout - Thanisandra village block 14.
2) Is Thanisandra block # 14 in litigation and how can i verify this.
3) The rate agent is offering is Rs4300 Sq ft.
4) Is the above area good as investment.
