sobha dream series
hello - I recently came across sobha dream series appartments. 2bhk(1200 sft) at 75L. Is it worth to buy or look for alternatives.

Currently apartment market is buyer's market. I feel, its not a worth investment of 75L at this time in sobha dream series, if you see their payment schedule and posession date, you will be paying 70% of total amount in another 18 Months, and the posession is in 2019 which is after 48 months. I suggest lookout other options where you have very plenty of apartments which are ready to occupy and ready to reduce the price as well.
