My uncle just finished house construction and would take this opportunity to thanks BDA Sites.com and complete forum members for your valuable inputs and information. It was labor contract and we were able to execute project smoothly with various inputs i referred with this forum. Contractor extended good support and Engineer did good job for the money he charged. we are happy. Attached is the snap.... Mission Accomplished.

As u said u too went with labour contract, I need guidance in bulk material purchase and labours for carpentry, painting etc.. if u can guide me or anyone in this forum could guide me it would be of great help.
