Construction Ideas in 20*30 BDA Plot

Dear All,

Recently Have bought plot in Jnanabharathi 1st Block. The Plot dimension is 20*30.

Please let me know how many floors I can construct in 20*30 Plot. My plot is facing 40 ft road, is it acceptable per govt. norms to construct one small shop in ground floor?

Plan for construction is
GF: 1 Small Shop about 100-150 Sqft OR 1 RK, Car Parking and Staircase
First & Second Floor: Duplex.

It would be great if you could share your ideas/suggestions.
