1. Basaveshwaranagar
2. Vijayanagar
3. BSK 3rd stage
4. Padmanabha Nagar

And surrounding areas of the above.

there is one SVK Layout in basaveswaranagar. my friend has sold his house on 60x40 recently at 4000/sft. there is one vacant plot available now for which the owner is asking for 4500. but if u r serious perhaps he would agree for a lower price. chandramouli

Any idea what are the prices in Kengeri Satellite Town for BDA sites. Given that its near NICE road, Railway Station, Mysore Road, Bidadi ?
