Gyproc Plaster Putty for Wall Plastering

My Architect is suggesting to go for Gyproc Plaster Putty(http://www.gyproc.in/gyproc-bond-it-plaster.html) instead of the traditional sand, cement plastering which would be economical with current sand rates being high & giving better finish instead of going for sand/cement plastering -> Putty -> Paint.

Has any one used it and feedback on it would be helpful as I am about to start internal plastering.
