regularise extra land for corner site

Hi All,

I have BDA cornet site, this corner site has 2 feet extra land on north side of site (totally 2*40 = 80 feet) which is not mentioned in the sale deed or any paper, i have used this extra 2 feet (totally 2*40 = 80 feet) to construct house. but now i am feeling there might be a problem. i am ready to pay govt land fees and register this extra land. how to regularise extra land? please let me know the rules. this extra land is not on any road or drainage. its just piece of land extended from my corner site till the drainage. the road is also 40 feet road.
