Overhead Tank RCC or Plastic Tank

Hi,

Want to understand which would be better to implement for overhead tank solution RCC or Plastic tanks. I have both Cauvery & Borewell supply. The idea is to have 2 separate tanks for these 2 supplies. Also currently for the next 5 years have no plans to construct further.

How to decide which is better RCC overhead tank compared with Plastic overhead tank.

My engineer was mentioning it would be better with RCC tank and could line it with tiles so that it's easy to clean.

I have decided will go with Sintex tanks as the cost difference is nearly double and in the event of further expansion the tank needs to be pulled down.

Just looking also at ICP tanks, anybody used them ?
