You are looking UPVC windows..? I will give you some information about 1) Grill Gage, 2) Grill design, 3) How to install the Grill and upvc windows, 4) When you will do Final paint on grill 5) How to do wall plastering on window place,

KEY NOTE:

1) Grill size: Your wall thickness is 9 inc you can move with high Gage grill, like 1 or 1.5 inch grill,
2) Grill size: your wall thickness is 7 inch you can move with 20mm or 1 inch grill size,
3) How to install the Grill and upvc windows : Total 9 inch wall, 9inch -1inch = 8inch (1 means, inside space given before grill ), 8inch – 1inch = 7 ( 1 means, grill width ), 7inch - 1inch = 6inch (1 means, free area for window operating), 6inch – 5inch = 1inch ( 5 means, UPVC window width), 1 inch space outside the window, it will help to control the incoming rain water in rainy season and also final silicon finishing becomes very well.
4) Grill Design : ex: windows size is 48inch x 48inch, 21.5inch to 26.5inch (middle) Right and left side push Lock is coming so you can push and open the right to left and left to right, center 5 inch place you don't put grill because it’s used for free operating.
5) Grill painting : upvc person take final measurements and after 15 to 20 days he will deliver the material, so 15 to 20 days you can paint on grill, After upvc windows installation don't paint on grill.
6) Wall plastering: Inside the window place (HIGHT: Bottom, middle &top. WIDTH :Right, middle,& left ) plastering must be with good finishing, which will gives standard finishing for windows, and also helps us to design window with sound proof, water proof, weather proof and dust proof.
