First Floor Beam quantity in terms of CFT

Hi All,

Work at my site is in progress.
Dimension is 20*34 . Have left no setback.
I have a Suspicion that may be my contractor has quoted high quantity for beams.

Attaching the drawing for which i need the Quantity in terms cft.

Below is the quantity what my Contractor has quoted
Rcc-beam Providing and laying of RCC m15 for the beams
a) For Ground floor Cft 195
b) For First floor Cft 195
c)second floor Cft 232
c) For terrace floor Cft 40

Request you guys to help me out here.

If anybody could give some inputs, i will be bit more confident to talk to the contractor.
