A contractor I know is quoting 1850 per sqft
- vitrified tiles
- tata steel
- RCC sump
- ACC cement
- 8" and 6" blocks(external and internal walls)
- robosand
- Front door teak wood
- Red sal wood for windows and other doors
- All other normal batchroom and electric fittings
I feel this is bit on higher side. Please let me know your feedback and also suggest me any good contractor.
Also is it a good idea to give itemized contract instead of bulk contract?

Re: Civil contractor and feedback
I think the prices are reasonable considering the current cost of sand cement and steel. May be about 50 more than what others would quote. Better compare quotes from couple of others and decide.
Also item rate contract works out in general better than flat per sqft/charda rates because the specifications are more detailed in item rate and contractor cannot start telling this costs more and that costs more as project goes along. Sent you PM. Please check.
