S2 homes Avenues (Sarjapura road)

hi Friends,

need your inputs regarding a project from S2 homes named Avenues which is on sarjapura road near sompura gate.
I visited the place during the weekend and found worh investing.

S2 Avani is BMRDA approved but all sites sold out but they are starting a new project called Avenues which is extension of Avani.
but Avenues is yet to get final BMRDA approval.

develope is asking to book a site with initial amount of Rs. 2L and go for sale agreement only when they get final BMRDA approval and documents.
price quoted is Rs. 2499 (negotiable)..

-- may I know the reputation of the S2 homes?
-- experience of few of you with Avani project?

Did you finally book your plot at S2 Avenues,
I am planning to book one but the response from them has been very slow.

yes. I have booked and my registration is over.
I booked in S2 Avani..

overall, they are good but yes.. my experience too is same that some of them are slow in response.
so if you are really interested, go to their office or call up them and check.
