How to check the current cost of building materials like cement, steel, etc ?
Is there any website for this?

Hi Shastri,

If the transaction is purely cash and bulk you can bargain another 0.5 to 1%, Birla cement can be brought @ 360 and Indus steel can be brought @ 50K.

The material contractor charges more because the material is brought on credit.
