RAK Premium tiles for flooring

Hi Readers,

I have purchased a flat and thought of going for Granite for flooring.

Last weekend i have visited Adugodi for Granite.
In the same i saw RAK tiles of bigger size (1000mm x 1000mm).
That guy was saying that there price is 196/- and since they are ordered for project some load is left with them and he said he will give me for 130/- (told he will reduce more)
i asked him why are you giving for low price he told that these tiles have 0.1 to 0.2% defect which is impossible to find.
I personally went and saw project tiles and premium ones both are looking same.

Now i have query that is this guy genuine or he is deceiving me.
Please guide me as i have to take decision ASAP.

Also let me know if RAK tiles are good for flooring (i heard they are good).

if you are renting your flat than go for it, but if you are going to stay than I don't recommend it since shades and edges may differ you will come to know only after laying it

I think you can get good tiles at 130/- from showroom. Check some of the shops mentioned here in the forum by other members.

In general don't fall for such offers because they wont sell anything without profit.
