Is Swiss Town near International Airport any good?

Hi All,
I am looking to purchase a site near International Airport and I have been suggested Swiss Town layout.
Is this layout worth buying? Are there any other good layouts near International Airport.

I basically want a site with clear titles and no headache of illegal encroachments so that I can buy and leave it for a few years and when the area is developed, then I can build a house.

what is your budget ? I guess swiss town and holliwood town are great layouts, although I have not seen them. I guess the property cost there is in crores.

I was not aware that prices there would be so expensive. I was told the rate there would around 2000/sft. Maybe they have only large sites in the layout. Are there any other good layouts where its safe to buy? My max budget is 50L

yes. I think price is around 2000 psft. As far as I know, the plot size is minimum 3600 sft onwards and it will be difficult to get a plot of lesser sizes.
