BDA Vacant site

Hi,

Is there a way to find owner of the vacant site in JP Nagar 9th Block BDA layout please? My friend asked me about it and I do remember reading thread about this topic which I can not locate now.

I remember that BDA tax system used to get the owner details, any help please?
