Construction cost after budget 2014

Dear friends,

Would like to know the current house construction cost(including interiors) in bangalore(horamavu).
Since there is a reduction in few construction related materials like steel, after the recent government budget, does this have any impact on the construction cost?
Any inputs on this is highly appreciated.
