I have following question on vastu - It's an independent house parking + duplex
1. Balcony in south west corner. Experts says it's to be closed. Can we cover it with sliding UPVC glass window?
2. Sump in the middle of house - little towards west direction - What would be the remedy - Expert says insert a water pipe in north east direction deeper than the sump level
3. 2 car park in South West direction of ground floor where south direction is closed by compound wall and open in west direction - Is this fine?

As per your text, I think the house facing is west. you can close with u-pvc glass window. Thats fine.
Sump details I can not get you. send a plan of your home to understand what is what.

Pal,
The two reasons why vastu says no to well/sump in the heart of the plot is to protect childern and adult getting hurt from the lid and it is not convenient to work freely.
If you ensure that you put proper grill and water proofing of the sump it should ok.
South west direction should not be used for car parking according to vastu. There should be a room.

I am started a house construction with bore digged in North-East Corner and my site is West side.
I am almost done with the Floor planning design and want it get reviewed for VASTU before I start structural construction.
Please let me know who can help me with the Vastu. Do we have any experts here in this user group which can review my floor plans and I can share the docs floor plan with you here.
