What kind of stone (Bricks or solid concrete blocks ) to be used
What is the best steel brand ( Indus , Tata or any other premium but low cost)

What are the other minor and major details that I need to look for ?
What would be the increase in cost of construction if I use the complete floor on the ground just to park ?
