Does anyone have any idea of the re-sale rates of 1200sqft plots at Royal Placid layout in Haralur Road?
Is this a good layout?

thanks for the immediate response. the litigation u have mentioned is abt phase 2/3. not abt phase 1. any info abt phase 1 would be appreciated, including price obtaining there and construction activity already in place. thanks.

I heard the real estate is steady phase, but here in Royal Placid, Sky rocketing... last year it was Rs. 1700 sqft in phase 1. Still these sites are gram panchayt approved, BBMP not yet approved, so hefty fee should be awaiting from BBMP I guess. Owners hype the price I believe.
