Need help on Stair case position

Post by sbhat »

HI,
I have attached my planned stair case position of my plan on east face 30X40 site. I heard that the external stair case should not be in the north-east corner. So we thought two options A and B marked in yellow and blue. ( i am not ok placing staircase on east side )
option 1 : start the staircase 7 to 9 feet from the east compound wall.
option 2 : start the staircase 15 feet from the east compound wall ( it will not allow us to increase the size of the room 2 from first floor onwards.)
please let me know as per vastu, is it ok if we can start staircase as per above said options.

regards,
sbhat

Send the full residential plan. the attached pdf is not clear.
As per vaastu staircase should be placed in northwest direction. which means that first step should be in south or east end. Also, total number of steps should be in odd number. The pdf shows correct direction. do not worry. send the full auto cad plan for further clarifications.

Hi
Thanks for replaying to my mybdasite query.
I have not finalize the plan. We gone through the web and downloaded some
plan. Out of that the attached plan was somwhat near to our thinking. But i
felt that if we start the stair case 5 to 6 feet early ( in the plan it is
started approximately 17 feet from east compound wall, but i wanted to
start 10 to 11 feet from the east compound wall. ie from main gate.)
