Houses for Sales in Ramamurthy Nagar

Hi

I heard the houses in and around the Ramamurthy Nagar are on revenues sites,

1. what are documents to be checked whether they genuine sites where construction is possible? Is B-Katha is enough to verify that sites is geniue and can be converted by Sakarma/Akarma ?

2. What is rate existing now in Ramamurthy nagar, as brokers are saying around 1500 range, is it so?

3.What are location in there safe to buy?
