Review Contract quote

Hi All,

I am planning to start the construction of my dream home in south bangalore. After some research, I found a good contractor. We kind of finalized the floor plan and the design. He has given me the initial estimation based on the plan. I have attached the plan and request you all to review and let me know if it is reasonable. The plan is for a G+2 on a 60*40 site. Ground floor we have planned for a small 2BHK plus a servant room. Rest of the area is for parking. First floor and second floor is a duplex 4BR house for self. Let me know if you need additional details.

My Contractor is quoting 1850 per Sqft for G+2(G- 2 bed room for rental and 1 and 2 are duplex). The quote does not include compound wall and vitrified tiles (cost Rs. 60). I don't know if its too much. I am also looking for a feed back.
