Sites near kempegowda layout

I am planning to a site in bangalore. Are there any good gated community that is worth buying near kempegowda layout.

I dont think even if i apply i will be getting a site in kempegowda layout in my 3rd attempt. So i am planning to buy something near kempegowda layout before the hype drives up the price.
