Vakil whispering woods Layout

Hello everyone,

Anyone own a plot in Vakil whispering woods Layout? I am interested in buying a property in this layout... did they have BMRDA approval? I don't see any advertisement and the BMRDA approval status, but people who trying sell their property claims BMRDA approval,

The layout looks good, with gardens and club house ready.

Also heard about some BMRDA notification to this layout. any idea what it is?

My plan is to buy land here and construct a house 3-4 years down the line.

Hi,

My friend owns two sites in this layout which he is planning to sell, both in Phase I. The quoting price is now revised to Rs.1350 as the rates seem to be near that range now and not as mentioned earlier.
