Document verification for LICHFL approved layout

Hi,

I am interested in http://mdsprojects.in/projects1.php. The layout is approved by LIC and they are proving loan upto 75%. Is there a need for lawyer verification for bank approved layouts?
Also please provide your feedback the layout.
