Guys, any idea why BDA announced aution for Prestige St. Johns Woods apartment ?
It came in Yesterday TOI (10/3/2010). Only few apartments in one block are on auction.
I am curious how BDA got in to this.

perhaps a lien on the property - due to lack of tax payments?
