Sai Gardens Layout adjoining Kanakashree Byrathi, Hennur

Hello,

I am planning to purchase a site (#15) from Catalyst Marketing Agents who are the exclusive marketing agents for Sai Gardens
A few facts as told to us by the marketing agent:

1. This is a BBMP A Katha approved layout (but individual plots still are B Katha) 1/3 of the betterment charges have been paid to BBMP
2. This layout is adjoining the BDA approved Kanakashree layout located in Byrathi Village. Aboout 500 mts off Hennur Main Road
3. The layout is approx 1 acre with 70 sites. They have borewell connection to all sites and over head electricity poles. Water tank is yet to be installed
4. The final price quoted to me is 2750 psft. after an inital price of 3200 psqft
5. Marketing Agent seems to be in a hurry to close a the deal on a few remaining plots
