After DLF, one more developer Sovereign has not able to complete the project and so not handed over the units to the booked owners from last one year.

This builder had offered a 800+ sq.ft 2 BHK at around 15 lakhs. Heard that, he is quoting the same flats at 53 lakhs(>275% Hike) and demanding the differential amount from all the 1000+ booked owners(Majority are techies working at Manyata Tech Park). I can't imagine the state of those pity guys. There are several cases running at Consumer & other Courts.
They are giving ads in Times of India Regularly for their two more (SONAA & LAKEVIEW - under construction) projects.
Stay away from such developers.

Stay away from them!! owner's share is being sold in the market through various marketing channels. Check with those who have bought before taking a call to avoid sleepless nights. Check the link below
