1.area calculated as wall to wall or roofto roof?
2.gang expenses for moulding includes or excludes?
3.stair case includes or excludes?
4.what about OHT?
5. Is it brick or block construction?

Hi,
This rate is quite confusing. Just keep it simple and ask him for roof to roof complete civil work per sq.ft bases. Right now i thinks its going at Rs 275 to 290 per sq ft only for labour. This rate is for a very good civil workmanship.
