Guidance value was 600/- per sq feet when I applied for the plot in 2007 and it was the same when I got it registered in 2011.. Not sure if its changed now..

by the way i have also got a plot there.. 2400 sq feet, east facing at peddanapallya of sln city.. I am expecting 25 lacs.. any takers pl contact 97400 76527
