this week BDA doing e-auction for jnanabharathi layout , min bid price 45000/sq.mt.

is this price ok?

BDA has already hiked the base price to Rs6000 psqmt. I heard the highest bid price for some of the smaller sites is Rs8700psqmt. No one expected the price to shoot up so much. Looks like this place will further boom with lot of development in Kengari all the upto Bidadi
