Hi All,
We have seen and decided to purchase a 'B' Katha site near Upkar Layout, but we are having concerns now that most of the banks (Nationalized & Private) are no more giving loans for B Katha sites. We have also made the documents verified and its good to go, but only thing is we are not getting loans anywhere.
Hence can anyone please suggest or refer where can I get loan for B Katha site. It will much helpful and appreciated.

chances are very less.
if you have good rapport with any of the co-operative banks,
you can get by giving any collateral guarantee. Else you need
to look for personal loan. In either of the case, interest rate
will be more.
