Any info on "Ashraya Block" inside SMVL block2..?

Hi all,

Does anybody has info on "Vacant area" adjacent to 80ft road in Block2 which is "Not allocated" to anybody and showing as "Ashraya block" in the layout plan next to the proposed fire station..? Any idea why it is not allocated to anybody and what might come over there in future..?
Appreciate if anybody can provide more details on the same.
