Plan approval process

Hi,

Can anyone share plan approval process please? I have finalized the plan with my architect and hence he is from Goa, I need to run around and get the plan approval done. One suggestion I got is that int he plan approval itself include the road cutting for Cauvery connection and UGD connection.

Details about Whom I need to contact, what is the timeline etc will help!
