opinion needed on Samruddhi layout (near Kumarasamy layout)

samruddhi layout, as claimed, is bda approved layout and prices are being quoted at Rs.2500 per sqft. layout looks good but then there is stench on one side of the layout. access is through kumarasamy layout. any idea on how good this layout and is it worth investing in this?
