We have recently looked at an apartment by the name ‘J.Sons Felicia’. It is situated near Dakshin Honda, On Hosur

on hosur road. Need your reviews about the project. This is the builder’s first residential project.

And also what all should I ask him so as to make sure all the approvals are in place for the project.

The only reference that I could find of the builder was in the below mentioned sulekha link:-
